How To Never Be Bored

"I'm so BORED"

We’ve all felt the excruciating pain of boredom, for some of us it’s even a daily problem.

Boredom itself actually isn’t really the problem, it’s what we choose to do to entertain ourselves that is.

Whenever boredom strikes, we look for things to do to pass the time - flappy bird, mindless tv-shows, social media.

But most of the time we have mountains of things we still need to do in order to advance in our lives/careers.

Boredom provides an opportunity for us to do something meaningful with our time. But it’s always 100x easier to do something else.

Granted

Breaks and mindless tv-shows have their place in the world, but like fast food, we often abuse and over-consume.

Once in awhile it’s great to kick back and watch the incest and epic battles on Game of Thrones. But is seeing every episode going to make my dreams come true?

Naw.

We all have dreams…

And all our dreams need us to take action before becoming a reality.

The secret to never being bored

So the secret to never being bored, is to fill your time with things that will bring your dreams closer to reality!

Whenever you’re stuck wondering what you should do, simply think about one of your dreams that you would like to come true, and then go do something related to that!

It’s really that simple.

But wait!

In the spur of the moment when boredom hits, sometimes we simply cannot overcome the temptation to do pointless activities. Or to just sit there like a dead fish.

This is where you pull out your secret weapon.

We likely all have one. All we need to do is use it.

sadly it's not a Death Star...

sadly it's not a Death Star...

The secret weapon is a To-Do list.

Just fill it with tasks you need to take to achieve your goals.

Whenever you’re bored, just pull out your To-Do list and pick an activity to do.

It’s like a catalogue to solve boredom.

Fill it in now

Start making your list if you don’t already have one. Think about what you want, then break it down into steps.

The key after that is to remember to pull it out when you’re bored.

“PULL IT OUT IF YOU GET BORED”

our lewd minds should remember that.

Until next time,

Remember to pull out.
